Our Services
We are Unique!
You’re not just applying to school. You’re building a new life. Let’s do it properly.
When people hear “study abroad services,” they think it’s just about applying to a university. But that’s only one piece of the puzzle.
The truth is, there are at least 15 moving parts in the process—and if you miss even one, it can delay your dream for years.
At Hardinno, we’ve designed our services to take the pressure off you—by guiding you through everything, step by step, with clear explanations and zero shortcuts.
Here’s how we help:
Career Guidiance and Counselling
Choosing the right course of study is a critical decision—one that can shape your career and future relocation opportunities. At Hardinno, we provide personalized counselling to help you select programs that align with your long-term goals, such as permanent residency (PR), international career paths, or job mobility. We consider your academic background, likelihood of admission and visa approval, and the employment prospects in your destination country. After this session, you will gain clarity, direction, and a tailored academic plan—not confusion or guesswork.
University Admission Support
Not all universities offer the same advantages. Some may slow down your visa process, while others significantly enhance your chances of approval. We help you apply to institutions that are affordable—some with annual tuition fees as low as ₦15 million—known for high visa approval rates, flexible payment plans, and alignment with your migration goals. Our support includes completing application forms, reviewing required documents, and ensuring you meet all deadlines, helping you avoid costly errors and missed opportunities.
SOP, CV and Academic documentation
Submitting a visa application is only part of the process—you must also be prepared to defend it. We guide you through every step, from organizing your documents and drafting persuasive visa statements (such as SOPs or study plans), to conducting mock interviews with real-world questions. You'll learn how to present yourself confidently, respond appropriately, and avoid common pitfalls—ensuring you’re fully prepared for one of the most important steps in your journey.
Visa Processing and Mock Interviews
You don’t just submit a visa—you defend it. We guide you in preparing and organizing your documents, crafting strong visa statements like your SOP or study plan, and practicing with real visa interview questions. You’ll know exactly what to say, what to avoid, and how to present yourself with confidence when it matters most.
proof of funds (POV) assistance
Many visa refusals are caused by Proof of Funds issues. We explain how much money is required depending on the country, what type of bank account is acceptable, how long the money needs to remain there, and how to access safe, legal short-term POF through our trusted partners. No fake statements. No panic. Just clarity and workable solutions.
Scholarship and Tuition discount support
If you’re not actively looking for scholarships, you could be missing out on millions in savings. We help you find schools that offer scholarships or bursaries, guide you through writing strong essays or motivation letters, and ensure you apply early to increase your chances. Some of these schools even allow partial payment after arrival.
Accomodation Booking
Landing in a new country without a place to stay is risky. We help you secure safe, verified housing—on-campus or off-campus—and where possible, we help you spread out the payments. You won’t be chasing unknown landlords or falling for scams. We handle it early, so you arrive with peace of mind.
Flight booking and travel arrangements
Our support continues beyond visa approval. We assist you in securing affordable flights—whether solo or group bookings. We also coordinate airport pickups, ensure safe transit, and provide a clear travel itinerary so you arrive prepared and confident.
Pre-Departure Briefing
Culture shock begins before you land. We provide comprehensive pre-departure briefings covering what to pack, immigration protocols, what to expect in your first weeks, and how to adapt smoothly to your new environment. You’ll leave Nigeria informed and ready.
Post-arrival support
Your journey doesn’t end at arrival. We assist with opening local bank accounts, obtaining SIM cards and data plans, finding part-time jobs, and connecting with Nigerian student communities to help you settle comfortably.
Spouse and Dependant Support
Traveling with family? We guide you through the correct documentation, visa options, accommodation, and schooling to ensure your spouse and dependants are well cared for and integrated.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need answer?
How much does it cost to study abroad?
It depends on the country, school and course. Some schools in Canada or the UK accept as low as ₦15M to ₦30M/year in tuition. Others can go higher. But here’s the goodnews. We’ll help you find schools within your budget, with options like tuition discounts, application fee waivers, and payment plans.
Can i pay my school fees in instalments?
Yes, many of the schools we work with allow part payment especially in Canada, the UK, and Australia. We also help you negotiate flexible payment terms when possible
What if i dont have iELTS?
Not a problem. We’ll help you find schools that accepts WAEC as English proof, or prepare you for IELTS if needed. Some schools also waive English tests requirements if you meet certain conditions
Can you help with POF?
Yes. We guide you on exactly what’s required, review your bank statements, and connect you with affordable, legal Proof of Funds option through trusted financial partners
Can i go with my spouse of child?
Absolutely. We’ve helped many married applicants apply for study and dependent visas together, especially to Canada, UK, and Australia. You’ll need extra documentation, but we will work you through it.
Do i need to visit your office?
Not at all. You can complete the entire process remotely— calls, documents, payments, and visa prep. But if you can make it to our office, a one on one session will suffice.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No agency can legally “guarantee” a Visa—and you should be very careful of anyone who says they can. What we guarantee is proper documentation, honest advice, and professional support that gives you the best possible chance of approval.
How long does the whole process Take?
It depends on the country and intake. For Canada or UK, the process usually takes two to six month—from consultation to Visa. But we will give you a timeline based on your own case.
Can you help me if i have been refused before?
Yes. We’ll review your refusal letter, correct past errors, and repackage your application professionally. Many of our current students came to us after being rejected elsewhere.
